CJC-1295 is a 29-amino-acid analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29), often referenced in the literature as modified GRF (1-29). Four amino-acid substitutions protect it from rapid enzymatic cleavage while preserving its action at the GHRH receptor.

Native GHRH survives only minutes in circulation. CJC-1295 was engineered to change that: in the landmark 2006 study in healthy adults, single injections of CJC-1295 with DAC raised growth hormone concentrations 2- to 10-fold for six days or more and IGF-1 1.5- to 3-fold for up to eleven days, with an estimated half-life of 5.8 to 8.1 days through covalent albumin binding.
The version without DAC — often referenced in the literature as modified GRF (1-29) — retains the same four stabilising substitutions but clears faster, producing shorter GH pulses. The pair has made CJC-1295 one of the most cited GHRH analogues in growth-hormone-axis research.

Ceejc™ with DAC carries the same tetrasubstituted CJC-1295 peptide, extended with a Drug Affinity Complex — a lysine-linked maleimidopropionic acid group that binds covalently to serum albumin, prolonging the peptide's circulating half-life from minutes to an estimated 5.8–8.1 days in published studies. Each foil sachet holds 3 vials of 2 mg.
The DAC variant is produced under the same Pressurized Dark-Room Fragmented Lyophilization process, batch documentation and cold-chain standards as every CoreyPauling product, with its own lot series and Certificate of Analysis.
